What Belgian Leaders Need to Know About Growth and Leadership in Asia-Pacific
Asia-Pacific remains a critical growth engine for European companies—but it is no longer a uniform or predictable region. This seminar is designed for Belgian CEOs, Sales Directors, HR Directors, and Board members who are responsible for APAC strategy, leadership, and business development.
Focusing on China, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, India, and Southeast Asia, the session provides a pragmatic view on where business opportunities remain compelling, where risks are often underestimated, how leadership and talent strategies must adapt across very different Asian markets on a leadership angle. The discussion will also address key leadership and talent realities in APAC, including cross-cultural leadership effectiveness, executive scarcity, succession risks, and the execution gap between headquarters and the region.

Leading the Board & CEO Practice in APAC regio, he and his teams helped various international clients to successfully develop their business across Asia-Pacific by providing them with the right advices and local leaders; He’ll be happy to share some of the stories and provide you with advices.
Ricky is also the author of Jobhunting and brings deep, on-the-ground experience advising boards and senior leaders on growth, transformation, and leadership decisions in the region.
